Notes for a locked account

Self-help appeal notes for a disabled Instagram, Facebook or TikTok account: the restriction, the official channel, the appeal text and the deadlines.

No password. No account access. No outcome guarantees. Paid services are 18+.

How this works.

Tell us what happened.

Platform, account type, the exact screen, your country. Two minutes.

We name the restriction.

Community guidelines, suspicious activity, an ID loop, a takeover, an impersonation or an ad restriction. Each has its own official route and channel.

You choose the plan.

The free diagnosis stands alone. The written packs add the appeal text, the evidence and the dates: free first, then $9, $29 or $49, one case.

A free diagnosis

Two questions. No payment, no password and no account access. If you want a human to read the whole case, send the form.

Choose the two things you already know. The note will name the likely restriction and the official route.

A guide, not a formal diagnosis. The exact notice and the platform decide.

Takes about 2 minutes, five questions. Reply within 2 business days. Free diagnosis first; you decide later whether you want a paid pack.

We will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, recovery codes or remote access. Anyone who does is not us. Keep it minimal: describe the restriction and paste the platform's error; do not include passwords, codes, ID documents or other people's personal data.

The restriction

The screen says disabled. The note separates a conduct restriction from an identity loop, a takeover or an ad restriction, because each has a different channel.

The appeal

A handwritten letter from 1826, folded and sealed with wax

One page: the facts, the evidence, the dates. Written to be read by a reviewer, not a template that could be sent by anyone.

The wait

A writing desk and bookcases in a dark panelled study

Day 7, day 14, the follow-up. When to write again, when to escalate, and what the EU rules add.

FAQ

Will you get my account back?

No one can guarantee that. We give you a clear, step-by-step plan, the right official channel and the deadlines; the platform makes the final decision and we never promise an outcome.

Why pay if the official form is free?

The form is free, but it does not tell you which restriction type you have, which channel applies, what evidence to send or when to escalate. That process is what we sell.

What exactly is in each pack, and how fast?

Starter ($9): appeal and escalation text templates, evidence checklist, step-by-step deadlines, delivered within 1 business day. Self-Help ($29): the same plus the day-by-day escalation ladder, platform-specific deadline plan and follow-up templates, within 1 business day. Guided ($49): the same plus a human review, a personalised appeal and escalation text, and a deadline tracker, within 3 business days.

Do you need my password?

Never. We do not log into your account or ask for passwords, 2FA codes, recovery codes, session access or remote access. You submit appeals yourself through official channels.

Is this legal advice?

No. We are a self-help service, not a law firm. For complex or litigated cases, consult a lawyer.

Is this a scam?

We never ask for account access, never promise an outcome and never charge a subscription. You can start with the free diagnosis and read the refund policy before paying. If anyone asks you for a password or a code, it is not us.

Can I use this if I am under 18?

The free guide is open to everyone. The diagnosis form and paid services are for adults 18+. If you are under 18, please do not submit personal data or buy a pack.

How do refunds work?

We refund within 7 days if the pack has not been delivered or started. We do not refund because a platform rejected an appeal. EU/UK/EEA consumers also have a 14-day withdrawal right. See the Refund Policy.

Do you file DSA complaints or represent me?

No. We provide information and templates; you file every complaint yourself. We are not an EU-certified out-of-court dispute settlement body and we do not act as your representative or lawyer.
